Marriage and Family Counseling
Relationship building is at the heart of marriage and family counseling. I help couples and individuals learn and use varied methods for developing successful relationships at home, school, and work. The process begins with my clarifying with the couple the emotional, marital or family problem that is contributing to stress and disruptions in the relationship. Together we explore possible solutions to the problem and ways to more effectively communicate to resolve these and future problems.
Life Coaching
Individuals who find it difficult to make needed changes in their lives will find life coaching helpful. Life coaching helps individuals identify the obstructions that interfere with the achievement of their goals.
